Payment Policy
Final Payment Terms: All payments on graphic design projects and digital products are FINAL. No refunds are available once payment has been processed. By submitting payment, clients acknowledge acceptance of this policy.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via checkout.
Project Scope and Revisions
Project Scope: Any additional work outside the original scope will require a separate agreement and additional fees.
Revision Policy: Clients are allowed 2 rounds of revisions as specified in the contract. Any additional revisions will incur an extra fee of $50 per revision. Fees may vary.
Approval Process: Client approval is required at each project milestone. Once approved, the milestone cannot be revisited for additional changes without incurring extra charges.
Turnaround Time
Project Timeline: Each project has an estimated timeline, which will be outlined and agreed upon at the start. Delays in feedback or communication may extend the timeline.
Rush Orders: Rush services may be available for an additional fee. Please notify us as early as possible if you have an urgent deadline.
Client Responsibilities
Content Submission: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, logos, images, and brand assets by the agreed date. Delayed submissions may result in adjusted deadlines.
Feedback Timeliness: We kindly request timely feedback and communication within 3 business days to keep the project on schedule. Delays may result in a project pause or rescheduling.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations: If a project is canceled by the client after it has started, any fees paid are non-refundable. Clients will be billed for any completed work if the cost exceeds the deposit.
Designer-Initiated Cancellations: If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be refunded based on the amount of work completed.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Client Confidentiality: Any client-provided information or materials will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the project scope.
Privacy of Work: We will not publish any project details without prior client consent, except as a portfolio piece on our website, unless requested otherwise.
Liability Limitations
Design Responsibility: Create the Aesthetic is not liable for any printing errors or misinterpretations of the work once approved by the client. Clients are encouraged to proof all final work thoroughly.
Third-Party Costs: Any third-party fees, such as printing, domain purchases, hosting, etc., are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Communication Policy
Preferred Methods: Communication will primarily occur through via email or text. Scheduled calls or meetings are available for in-depth discussions.
Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-3 business days. Regular office hours are 9AM-4PM CST weekdays, excluding holidays.
Portfolio Use
Showcasing Work: By default, Create the Aesthetic reserves the right to include the completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media unless the client requests a confidential or exclusive agreement.

I'm based in the Central Illinois area near the University of Illinois. We are also available to travel if needed, though a travel fee will apply. The cost of the fee depends on the distance and duration of the stay. We will discuss the details and provide a precise quote during our planning process.
